About Us

Cubane Software, although undeniably a dot.com, is a small, non-Internet startup. We provide contract programming, technical support for our clients and their customers, and technical writing services. Our products are team-written, high-quality and delivered quickly. We specialize in the rapid turn-around necessary in today's competitive environment. Cubane Software was founded in February, 1999. Sam Mikes and Danielle Michaels are its co-owners and only employees.

Ms. Michaels completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering at Harvey Mudd College in 1998, and a Master's in Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley in 2000. Since then, she has been working full-time for Cubane Software, Inc.

Mr. Mikes completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Harvey Mudd College in 1997. He spent the following year in Sweden as a Fulbright fellow, doing graduate work in theoretical chemistry and writing perl scripts. He has been working for Cubane Software since its inception.

In 2001, we moved our offices to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and formed a Canadian subsidiary. We maintain a corporate presence in both California and Alberta, making us one of the smallest multinational corporations on Earth. It also allows us to continue to do domestic (1099) contracting in the United States in addition to domestic contracting in Canada.
